Register an attendee (all registration modes enforced)

Registers an attendee the way the registration form does. Every mode the organizer configured applies: registration enabled, invitation-only, capacity cap and waitlist, approval, business-email-only and blocked / allowed domains, series registration mode, ticketing. The reply tells you what happened; read status.
